Katherine Maitha became the Controller of C4 in October 2020 and manages the Finance Department, overseeing daily accounting, grant, and budget accounting, external audit processes, and maintaining policies and procedures. She’s also a member of the Finance and Senior Leadership Committees. Prior to C4, Katherine worked in various accounting, human resources, and risk management roles for private, nonprofit, and public entities and even owned and managed her own catering company.
