Andrew Dawley

Andrew Dawley assumed the position of President/CEO in January 2023, the culmination of a clinical and leadership trajectory over the past thirty-five years within the organization. Starting as a clinician on the children’s outpatient team, Mr. Dawley advanced to multiple leadership positions within the agency prior to becoming President/CEO including Director of Day Services, Vice President of Acute and Rehabilitation Services, and as Chief Operating Officer the past eleven years. This role progression has paralleled the agency’s significant growth, especially during the last decade in which CCBC has evolved into a leading regional behavioral health provider with over three dozen innovative services available across the lifespan. Mr. Dawley has played an active role in program development, the introduction of evidence-based modalities and staff training and development.

Mr. Dawley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston College. He is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW).
