Grace Cruz

Grace Cruz currently serves as the Chief Early Childhood Education Officer at The Community Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Grace held various positions at the University of Massachusetts Boston from June 2020 to June 2023, including Statewide Coach System Manager and ECSO Director. From September 2011 to June 2020, Grace worked at Community Teamwork as Community Partnership Manager, Center Director for the Preschool Expansion Grant, Education Coordinator, and Center Director. Additionally, Grace was the Director of Early Education at Merrimack Valley YMCA from March 2007 to September 2011. Grace holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education & Spanish from Keene State College (1997-2001).
