Janet Moro

Janet Moro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Janet is currently working as the Senior Director of Continuous Quality Improvements at The Community Group since September 2023. Before this, they were a Leadership Coach at UMASS Boston from January 2021 to September 2023. From August 2015 to September 2020, they served as the Executive Director at Little Sprouts, LLC, overseeing grant management and program management responsibilities. Prior to that, they were the Creative Director at Imajine That from September 2013 to May 2015. Janet also has experience as an Executive Director / Curriculum Support Specialist at Little Sprouts, Inc., a Photographer at CLIX Portrait Studios, and a Senior Program Director at YMCA. Janet held various roles at the YMCA, including Director, Child Care Director, and Preschool Director.

Janet Moro holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Training and Development from Lewis University, which they obtained between the years 2017 and 2019. Janet also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Services, General from Springfield College from 2005 to 2007. In 1988 and 1989, they attended the Rhode Island School of Photography, though no degree was specified.
