The Operations and Data team at The Community Group ensures the seamless functioning of all organizational activities through efficient data management and operational support. The IT Director oversees technology systems, the Maintenance Director manages facility upkeep, the Data and Operations Manager analyzes and optimizes program data, and the Purchasing Manager handles procurement of necessary resources.
