Omran Bakkar is a skilled IT Systems Analyst and Project Manager with extensive experience in managing and transforming IT projects across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior IT Systems Analyst IT Project Manager at the Community Development Authority since March 2022, Omran excels in delivering IT projects on time and within budget while effectively managing resources and risks.
