Judd Wilson, IOM, has an extensive work experience spanning across multiple industries. Judd started their career as a Sales Representative for Alabama Medical Services in 1996, where they represented the company in the sales of durable medical equipment and rehabilitation products. In 1997, they joined Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories as a Territory Representative, responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and educating physicians on their use. Judd then joined Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals in 2000 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, where they focused on promoting diabetic products and achieved a top 10% ranking in market share for Prandin. In 2002, they joined Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation as an Executive Sales Consultant, primarily focusing on promoting dermatological and ADHD products to pediatric prescribers. Judd successfully launched multiple products and also provided technical assistance to colleagues. In 2012, Judd moved to the Community Development Foundation and held various roles, including Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, where they led the division in member recruitment and retention, as well as planning and implementing numerous programs and events. Judd also served as the Director of Small Business Development, managing the business incubator and promoting economic development in Tupelo/Lee County. Overall, Judd Wilson has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development.

Judd Wilson, IOM pursued their education in a chronological manner. Judd started their educational journey in 1986 at Booker T. Washington High School in Pensacola, FL, where they completed their high school education. In 1990, they attended Shelton State Community College for a year before transferring to Samford University in 1991. At Samford University, they studied Psychology and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1994.

Alongside their academic achievements, Judd Wilson, IOM also acquired additional certifications. In 2013, they completed the Incubator Management Certificate Program offered by the NBIA National Business Incubation Association. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained a certification from the Institute for Organization Management, affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
