Aaron Denton

Aaron Denton has extensive work experience in the finance field. Aaron is currently the Director of Finance at Community Development Partners, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked for Chelsea Investment Corporation for a decade, where they held the roles of Senior Finance Manager and Development Controller. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, predevelopment spending, and project reporting. Aaron also supervised and trained a team of over 15 accounting and finance professionals and projected cashflow impact for owners and investors.

Aaron Denton earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Dakota between 1998 and 2003.
