Eric Paine

Eric Paine currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Community Development Partners, a position held since December 2011. Under Eric Paine's leadership, CDP focuses on developing sustainable and affordable housing, emphasizing long-term community engagement and transformative change. Prior to this role, Eric Paine co-founded and managed Equity West Capital Partners from 2010 to 2013, and held the position of Vice President at Pacer Communities, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Earlier in Eric Paine's career, a project management role was undertaken at Fieldstone Communities, INC from June 2002 to May 2003. Eric Paine holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA (1998-2002) and a post-graduate certificate in Light Construction Development Management from UC Irvine (2004-2005).
