Farshad Maltes

Farshad Maltes currently serves as the Executive Director of COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES, a Lincoln-based Community Development Financial Institution, where notable achievements include the completion of a $1.3 million housing financing deal. Prior to this role, Farshad was the President/CEO of Community Capital of New York, focusing on small business lending and affordable housing finance in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. Farshad's previous experience also includes serving as the Director of Strategic Business Development at WHEDA, where responsibilities involved identifying new products to support affordable housing and economic development, resulting in significant funding successes. Farshad holds an M.B.A. in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science from Haverford College.
