Melissa Kempf Sphr

Melissa Kempf, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the School District of Menomonee Falls since November 2017, Melissa has previously held key positions such as Human Resources Manager at MEE Material Handling and EMD Crop BioScience, as well as a P&O Business Partner role at Novozymes. Early in the career, Melissa worked in human resources at United Government Services. Melissa holds a BA in Marketing and Human Resources from Marquette University, attained in 2000.
