Erin Bullard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Case Manager and Mental Health Case Manager at Community Empowerment Resources since January 2021. Prior to this role, Erin worked as an Administrative Assistant at Santa Clara University from April 2019 to July 2020, managing student and administrative inquiries while providing exceptional customer service. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University (2016-2020) and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a Clinical Licensure Track at The Chicago School from August 2023 to July 2026. Community Empowerment Resources
Our nonprofit [501(c)(3)] Community-based Case Management service helps people diagnosed with a mental illness to cope better with life. Many of our clients are diagnosed with mental illness and substance abuse; many are homeless. We attempt to help them re-link with service providers in the community in an attempt to live a more normal life. CER works with the State of Hawaii Department of Health and with insurance companies such as Ohana Health Plan.
