Joseph Todd

Joseph Todd is a seasoned technology and management professional with extensive experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager for the City of Bellevue, Washington, Joseph also holds positions as Co-Chair of the Interim Advisory Board for the Washington State Community Reinvestment Project and Vice-Chair of the Commission on African American Affairs. Previous roles include Senior Director of Core Infrastructure at Marqeta, Deputy Chief Technology Officer for King County, and Chief Information Officer for the City of Tukwila. Joseph's career at Boeing encompassed various management roles, leading significant projects in application integration, enterprise search, and technology audits. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Troy University.
