Carol Paper

Carol Paper has a strong background in social work, having earned a Bachelor of Social Work (LBSW) degree from Marycrest College from 1971 to 1975. With professional experience at MECCA, Carol served as a Residential Case Manager from 2013 to 2014 before advancing to the role of ICARE Program Coordinator.
