Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Application Development at CFSB, Matt oversees a diverse team of developers and QA engineers while spearheading the development of various payment services and transitioning legacy systems to cloud-based architectures. Previous roles include Senior Group Manager at National Instruments and R&D Team Leader at OptimalPlus, where Matt managed development teams and delivered robust software solutions. With a strong technical background utilizing technologies such as C#, Java, NodeJS, and cloud services, Matt has led significant projects in various capacities, from server-side applications to performance testing frameworks, demonstrating a commitment to agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
