Michael Gillen

Michael Gillen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in payment operations and accounting roles. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Financial Operations - Payment Solutions at CFSB since February 2024, Michael previously held the position of VP and Head of Card Services & Payment Operations in the Fintech Division at Mode Eleven, where a new Cards and Payments capability was developed. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Metropolitan Commercial Bank, where responsibilities encompassed the management of debit card operations and risk assessment, as well as accounting roles at Kapitus and Ives Sultan & Spike CPAs PLLC. Michael holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Joseph's University, New York.
