Richard Malish

Richard Malish is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CFSB since January 2023, where Richard leads legal efforts for an OCC-regulated federal savings bank focused on fintech and payments. Prior to this role, Richard was the General Counsel and Group Data Privacy Lead at NICE Actimize from June 2014 to January 2023, providing legal oversight for a leader in financial crime and compliance solutions. Earlier career positions include Head of Partnerships at Traiana (2012-2014), Associate General Counsel at ICAP (2011-2014), and Chief Counsel for Greater China at Nielsen (2009-2011). Richard began legal career as an Associate at Allen & Overy and Mayer Brown. Richard holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
