Ruth Hinerdeer

Ruth Hinerdeer has extensive experience in operations management and customer service. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Community Fellowship Church since January 2005, Ruth oversees the church's general operations, manages office duties including accounts payable/receivable and payroll, assists pastoral staff, and leads various community service teams. Prior to this role, Ruth was a Customer Service Representative at Southern Container from 2001 to 2004, handling clients such as Dart Container and Dawn Foods. From 1982 to 2001, Ruth worked at R.R. Donnelley & Sons as a Hardware/Software Inventory Lead, where responsibilities included managing hardware and software procurement and inventory for the Financial Business Unit. Educational background includes attendance at Lancaster Catholic High School.
