Umar Manzoor

Umar Manzoor is an experienced NOC Engineer at Community Fibre Limited since November 2021, where responsibilities include providing network-level support and collaborating with support teams to ensure customer issues are resolved and service level agreements are met. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Engineer at Apollo Telecom (Pvt) Ltd. from January 2020 to September 2020, focusing on application and database support, and as a NOC Engineer at DWP Group from January 2018 to December 2019, working on a large-scale Wi-Fi project in Pakistan. Umar holds a Master of Science in Cyber-Security from the University of Bradford, a Master in Information Technology from PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
