Ashley Burns

Ashley Burns is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as the Process Efficiency & Data Management Officer and Systems Operations Officer at Community First Bank in Wisconsin since October 2022. In this role, Ashley oversees the bank's retail banking applications, managing aspects such as change management, configuration, and maintenance. Prior to this, Ashley held various leadership positions at Settlers Bank, including Retail Director and Manager of Retail Banking, where significant accomplishments included developing the bank’s first retail sales initiatives and launching the "Bank at Work" program. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Bank Manager at BMO Harris Bank, focusing on policy implementation and staff development, and as Business Manager at Edenwood Ranch & Preserve, overseeing business operations and marketing strategies. Ashley is a graduate of Madison Area Technical College, having attended from 2015 to 2019.
