Jenna Copus

Jenna Copus has extensive experience in customer service and loan processing, currently serving in loan servicing at Community First Bank in Wisconsin since October 2016, initially as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor. Previously, Jenna held various roles at JCPenney, including head of the shoe department and HR/Operations Supervisor. Earlier experience includes working as a Gift Shop Attendant at Kickapoo Corners Family Restaurant and as a Staff Assistant at Viterbo Rec Sports. Jenna Copus earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Viterbo University in 2014 and graduated from North Crawford High School in 2010.
