Lainey Schroer

Lainey Schroer is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Vice President and Director of Marketing at Community First Bank of Indiana since November 2019. Prior roles include Vice President and Marketing/Communications Manager and Assistant Vice President in the same organization. Lainey has a background in brand management, having worked as an Associate Brand Manager for Heartland Food Products Group, overseeing social and digital media for SPLENDA® and JAVA HOUSE® brands.
