LynJosha Russell Todd has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and financial services. Currently serving as a New Account Specialist and previously as a Member Experience Representative at Community First Credit Union since May 2022, LynJosha has effectively assisted credit union members with account openings, maintenance, and loan processing. Prior to this role, LynJosha held various positions at SECU, including Financial Services Representative I and Financial Services Officer, where responsibilities included handling inbound calls, reviewing credit reports, and facilitating lending requests.
