Pete Thielen

Pete Thielen currently serves as a Senior Data Warehouse Specialist at Community First Credit Union in Appleton, Wisconsin, since June 2024, focusing on data architecture development, analysis, and supporting processes. Previous experience includes leading the design and development of an enterprise data warehouse at Warehouse Specialists, Inc. as a BI Developer/Data Architect, and providing Business Intelligence and reporting at Heartland Business Systems. Pete has a history of integrating various data sources into scalable BI programs and possesses extensive experience in data analytics and management across multiple organizations, including Ariens Company and Werner Electric Supply. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
