Community First Fund
Jill Bollinger is the Vice President of Community Lending at Community First Fund since April 2016. Prior to this, Jill held Vice President positions in commercial lending at Northwest Bank (September 2009 - April 2016), Susquehanna Bank (August 2005 - September 2009), and Sovereign Bank (June 2003 - August 2005). Jill graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and completed the Leadership Training Program at Leadership York in 2004.

Community First Fund is the premier economic development organization serving the low income communities of central and eastern Pennsylvania, and provides loan capital to real estate developers and businesses in the region. Since 1992, Community First Fund has made more than 1,700 loans and investments totaling more than $208 million to businesses, affordable housing and community based developers and projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
