Yessenia Rios, MBA has experience in community lending and banking roles, providing business consultation services to loan applicants and conducting site visits. Yessenia has worked in various positions such as VP Community Lender at Community First Fund, VP Community Development Banking Relationship Manager II at PNC, and Commercial Credit Analyst. Yessenia has a Master's in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College and a Bachelor's in Applied Psychology/Organizational Behavior from Albright College.

Community First Fund is the premier economic development organization serving the low income communities of central and eastern Pennsylvania, and provides loan capital to real estate developers and businesses in the region. Since 1992, Community First Fund has made more than 1,700 loans and investments totaling more than $208 million to businesses, affordable housing and community based developers and projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
