Catherine (Latscha) Bidleman is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and audit operations. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Community First Solutions since July 2019, Catherine manages financials for LifeSpan and supports various business units following a merger. Previously, Catherine held the position of Finance Director at LifeSpan, Inc. from November 2009 to June 2019, overseeing finance staff and fiscal grant management. Additional experience includes Finance Director roles at Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission, Accounting Manager at Foxx & Company CPAs, and Accounting Supervisor at the City of Fairfield, OH. Catherine began their career as an Audit Senior/Staff Auditor at Foxx & Co, CPAs. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
