Rigaud Noel has held various leadership roles in non-profit organizations, focusing on establishing partnerships, expanding funding, and improving program quality. With a background in political science and government, Rigaud has a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management. As a board member, executive director, and adjunct professor, Rigaud has been instrumental in building relationships, enhancing organizational visibility, and promoting educational partnerships.
