Erin Wischer

Erin Wischer's work experience begins in 2003 at MAC Cosmetics, where they served as a Counter Manager for four years. Erin was responsible for training and motivating staff, increasing counter sales, and acting as a liaison between MAC Account Executives and Nordstrom Cosmetics Managers. From 2007 to 2010, Erin worked as a Spa Manager at Let's Face It Spa, where they organized community events, facilitated meetings, and managed marketing and advertising. Erin then moved on to becoming an Office Manager at Regency Dance Academy from 2010 to 2014, where they implemented new classes, improved scheduling, and co-produced annual shows. Erin served as an Office Coordinator at Partnership for Nonprofit Excellence from 2014 to 2016, providing administrative support, planning events, and handling finance and operations-related tasks. Currently, Erin is working at the Community Foundation for a Greater Richmond, starting as an Operations Administrator in 2016, then progressing to Operations Manager in 2018, and currently serving as the Director of Operations since February 2022. In their current role, Erin oversees various aspects of organizational operations, including front desk management, vendor relationships, and increasing organizational efficiency.

Erin Wischer attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. Additionally, during the same period, they also attended Virginia Commonwealth University and earned another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. In August 2023, Erin obtained a certification as a Certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR.
