Nicole Sherard-Freeman

Nicole Sherard-Freeman has extensive experience in various leadership and executive roles. Nicole is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Prior to this, they served as the Group Executive - Jobs, Economy & Detroit at Work and Executive Director - Workforce Development & Detroit at Work at the City of Detroit, where they transformed workforce development initiatives and connected thousands of Detroit residents to job opportunities. Nicole also served as the President & CEO of the Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation, where they led significant growth and increased partnerships with philanthropic investors and employers. Nicole has also worked as a Managing Director & Senior Fellow at the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce, a Founding Partner at GamePLANS LLC, and held leadership positions at The Droste Group, Inc., Ceridian, Comerica, and INROADS.

Nicole Sherard-Freeman pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, although the start and end years are not specified.
