Nicole Sherard-Freeman has extensive experience in various leadership and executive roles. Nicole is currently the Chief Operating Officer at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Prior to this, they served as the Group Executive - Jobs, Economy & Detroit at Work and Executive Director - Workforce Development & Detroit at Work at the City of Detroit, where they transformed workforce development initiatives and connected thousands of Detroit residents to job opportunities.
