Peter Schmitke

Peter Schmitke is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan since May 2024. Prior to this role, Peter worked as a Principal Architect at SevenPoints from January 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading technical teams in the design and implementation of Salesforce projects and formulating overall platform strategies. Peter was also the Owner and Salesforce Technical Architect at Colby Lane, LLC from November 2017 to January 2020, where notable achievements included creating advanced reporting solutions for multinational corporations and developing platforms that enhanced operational efficiency. Earlier career experiences include roles as Technical Lead at Torrent Consulting and Senior Business System Analyst at Capital One, following a foundation in engineering through a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
