Cassie Beer, CFRM, currently serves as the Women's Fund Director at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, overseeing the strategic vision for the fund with a focus on economic security, young women and girls, and personal safety. Prior to this role, Cassie was a Donor Engagement Specialist, where emphasis was placed on building relationships with scholarship and fund holders to align charitable interests with community needs. Cassie's experience also includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University Fort Wayne, where positive student feedback highlighted exceptional instructional skills. Academic credentials include a Master of Professional Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a Communication minor from Purdue University Fort Wayne, as well as certifications in Facilitative Leadership and CFRM. Cassie's educational background began with an Associate’s Degree in Fine Arts, Music from City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
