Currently serving as Vice President of Philanthropy at Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley, Serena manages and facilitates an average of $3 million in planned gifts annually and enhances partnerships with professional advisors. Previous roles include Director of Planned Giving at LOSTAND FOUNDATION INC. and Director of Development at the Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, where strategic oversight and grant management were essential. Serena's earlier positions encompass leadership in museum advancement, development at Mohonk Preserve and Abilities First, as well as providing consultancy services for fund development in New York State. Educational credentials include a BS in Organizational Communications from SUNY New Paltz and an AA in Graphic Technology & Advertising Design from SUNY Ulster.
