Caroline Barber

Caroline Barber currently serves as a Senior Solicitor (maternity cover) at The National Lottery Community Fund since September 2024 and holds trustee positions at The Watermill Theatre and BOOK Music & Lyrics from January 2024, along with a previous trustee role at Whitchurch Silk Mill from November 2014 to November 2023. From April 2021 to October 2023, Caroline worked as General Counsel at The Old Vic and served as Legal Affairs Manager at Cameron Mackintosh Ltd between October 2011 and October 2020. Prior legal experience includes a non-practicing solicitor role in Intellectual Property from October 2007 to October 2011, Senior Associate at Berwin Leighton Paisner from January 2004 to October 2007, and a solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard from 2002 to 2003. Caroline began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Theodore Goddard from 2000 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a CPE/LPC degree from the College of Law, Guildford (1998-2000), and a Mod Lang degree in French and Spanish from the University of Bristol (1990-1994).
