Karolina Szczepaniak

Karolina Szczepaniak is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chairs at The National Lottery Community Fund since December 2023. Prior to this role, Karolina worked as an Equality and Diversity Officer at Portsmouth City Council, where responsibilities included project managing a successful city-wide grant scheme and creating an EDI strategy for the council. From April 2019 to November 2021, Karolina held the position of Executive Assistant and Project Officer at the University of Portsmouth, where notable achievements included project managing the Study Buddy Club during lockdown, earning the Vice Chancellor's Excellence Award. Karolina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science from Bournemouth University between 2011 and 2014.
