Michelle Allott

Michelle is the Director of Finance at Together Housing Group, which manages over 36,000 homes across the North of England. Michelle is responsible for finance, procurement and business improvement.

Michelle has worked in the social housing sector for almost 30 years, working for a number of Housing Associations both nationally and across the North West.

Michelle is the Chair of the National Housing Federation’s North West Finance Forum and a member of their national Finance Policy Advisory Group. Since March 2021 Michelle has also been a member of the Bank of England’s Decision Maker Panel.

Michelle joined the CGA Board in January 2018 and has since been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee. She also serves on the Board of one of CGA’s subsidiary companies, CGA Homes Limited. Michelle has previously served on a number of Housing Association Boards as well as being an independent board member for Moneyline.
