Samantha Holt

Samantha Holt is an experienced professional in tenancy management and housing support, currently serving as an Early Action Officer for Tenancy Management at Community Gateway Association since April 2024. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Stockport Homes Group from May 2021 to March 2024 as a Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project Worker, where intense support was provided to help rough sleepers sustain their own tenancies. Earlier experiences include serving as a Housing Support Officer at Learning Curve Group and as an Engagement Support Officer at Manchester International Beauty Academy Ltd, where Samantha held the position of Head of Centre from June 2017 to November 2018.
