Penelope Nam-Stephen

Penelope Nam-Stephen is a consumer goods executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of professional experience launching and managing luxury brands. Prior to joining CGP, Penelope was CMO for Ascend Wellness Holdings and led brand strategy and retail operations for one of the largest cannabis multi-state operators. Before Ascend, Penelope held senior executive positions at Cache, Burberry, and Juicy Couture. Penelope has also held merchant roles at Versace, Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Barneys New York. She has successfully managed product lines from end-to-end, including branding, pricing, positioning, product merchandising, product conception and commercialization, buying and inventory management, and supply chain, as well as marketing, strategy, P&L management and financial planning.
