Jennifer Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer currently serves as a Board of Directors Member for Hospice & Palliative Care Network of Maryland. Previously, they worked as the Vice President of Quality & Standards at CHAP - Community Health Accreditation Partner, where they led the quality team and collaborated with CMS on regulatory and quality issues. Jennifer also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Indianapolis and as an Education Consultant, Nurse Planner, and Faculty at MedBridge. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, including Senior Director of Quality & Regulatory and Director of Regulatory & Compliance, where they played a key role in developing programs and providing professional guidance on regulatory and compliance issues.

Jennifer Kennedy's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from DeSales University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Jennifer later pursued a Master's degree in Health Counseling/Case Management (MA) from Trinity Washington University, completing it from 1990 to 1993. Jennifer furthered their education by earning a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Health Services Administration from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018.
