Raquel Ramirez

Raquel Ramirez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently working at Community Health Alliance Nevada since January 2025 and owns Internal Balance Therapy, LLC, where therapy services are provided using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Therapist at Northern Nevada HOPES and Behavioral Therapist at Grounded Roots Therapy. Raquel has extensive experience in therapeutic roles, having also served as a Therapist at Willow Springs Center and an Intake Counselor at Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. With a solid educational background in social work from the University of Nevada, Reno, Raquel holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Truckee Meadows Community College.
