Ally Welk

Ally Welk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ally is currently working as a Communications Specialist at CHAS Health since November 2022. Previously at the same company, they served as a Learning and Development Assistant from November 2021 to November 2022 and as a Patient Experience Specialist from April 2021 to November 2021.

Prior to their time at CHAS Health, Ally worked as an Assistant Store Manager at JOANN Stores from March 2020 to April 2021. Ally also worked as a Barista at Wake Up Call Coffee in August 2020 and as a Social Media Coordinator at Talk Fast Social from May 2020 to August 2020.

In their earlier career, Ally held positions at Eastern Washington University. From June 2019 to April 2020, they worked as an Office Assistant & Social Media Manager in the Department of Housing and Residential Life. From May 2018 to April 2019, they served as a Program Aide in Construction & Fire Safety, and from July 2017 to May 2018, they worked as an Office Aide in the Records and Registration Office.

Ally also has experience as a Yokes Cashier at Yokes Fresh Market from June 2016 to July 2017 and as a Retail Sales Specialist at Justice from July 2014 to June 2016.

Ally Welk began their education journey in 2016 at Eastern Washington University. During their time there, they focused on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, but it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in that field.

Additionally, Ally has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2018, they completed the Bleeding Control Basic v. 1.0 Course offered by Stop the Bleed. In 2020, they received a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite. In 2021, Ally obtained the Adult Mental Health First Aid USA certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and completed a course called "The Future of Workplace Learning" through LinkedIn. Lastly, in 2022, Ally obtained the Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Certificate from MOAB Training International, Inc., as well as the BLS CPR Certification and BLS CPR Instructor certification from the American Heart Association.
