Crystal Papineau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Crystal started their career in 2003 as a Medical Coding Specialist at Regional Hospital, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Milan Health as the Director of Social Services, a position they held for 13 years until 2021.
