Jamie Elser's work experience began in November 2002 at Willamette Dental Group, where they started as a Lead Patient Services Representative and later became a Regional PSR Trainer until July 2013. From July to October 2013, they worked as an Employee Development Coach at the same company.
In 2000, Jamie worked as a Guest Lecturer at Eastern Washington University until 2004. They also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Montana from November 2001 to November 2002.
In July 2014, Jamie joined The Corvallis Clinic as a Film Librarian, responsible for maintaining films and records, processing reports, and resources using PACS and RMS databases.
Since January 2015, Jamie has been working at CHAS Health. They started as a Learning and Development Manager until July 2020 when they were promoted to the position of Director of Learning and Development. The end dates for their current role were not provided.
Jamie Elser completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from Eastern Washington University in the years 1996 to 2000. They went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Montana between 2000 and 2002. Finally, Jamie obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a focus on Medical Libraries and Informatics at the University of Washington from 2012 to 2015.
