Liliana Heredia

Vice President Workforce Development at Community Health Care Association of NYS

Liliana Heredia has a diverse work experience in the healthcare sector. Liliana is currently the Vice President of Workforce Development at the Community Health Care Association of NYS since February 2022. In this role, they provide strategic vision and leadership over health center support for New York's Primary Care Association. Liliana oversees workforce development, compliance initiatives, clinical operations, training, and special projects.

Prior to their current role, Liliana was the Senior Director of Health Center Support at the same organization from February 2017 to February 2022. Liliana was responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs and other support initiatives for community health centers in New York.

Before joining the Community Health Care Association of NYS, Liliana held positions at Morris Heights Health Center and Community Healthcare Network. At Morris Heights Health Center, they served as a Site Director from April 2013 to November 2014, coordinating operations for primary care sites and patient referral departments. At Community Healthcare Network, they held various roles including Center Director from November 2010 to March 2013, Women's Health Manager from June 2008 to October 2010, and Disease Manager from November 2007 to May 2008.

Throughout their career, Liliana has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in program development, operations management, and quality improvement initiatives in the healthcare industry.

Liliana Heredia completed their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at Binghamton University from 2000 to 2003. Liliana then pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Public Health, also at Binghamton University, from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Practice Facilitator from Buffalo State University, although the specific duration for this certification is unknown.
