Ashley Hopkins, MBA has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Ashley is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas. Prior to this, they worked at Freeman Health System in various roles, including Director of Human Resources, Director of Professional Development, HR Compliance & Employee Engagement Coordinator, HR Compliance Specialist, and HR Assistant. Ashley'sresponsibilities at Freeman Health System included ensuring HR compliance, overseeing internal and external audits, managing personnel records, and conducting employee training. Before joining Freeman Health System, Ashley worked as a Home Health Aide at Windsor Place-At-Home Care.

Ashley Hopkins, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Ashley began their education at Labette Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from 2010 to 2012. Ashley then continued their studies at Fort Hays State University, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2012 to 2014. During their time at Fort Hays State University, Ashley also obtained two certifications: an Operations Management Certificate in March 2014 and a Human Resource Management certification in December 2013.

Ashley's commitment to furthering their knowledge and expertise in the business field led their to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Pittsburg State University from 2021 to 2022. With this comprehensive educational background and their specific emphasis on Human Resources, Ashley is well-equipped to excel in positions that require a combination of business acumen and people management skills.
