Danielle Casazza MSN, APRN, FNP-C, HN-BC currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner at the Community Health Center, providing primary care to a diverse patient population and managing over 1450 adult patients with complex health needs. Danielle's expertise includes comprehensive health assessments, chronic disease management, and various women's health services. Prior experience includes roles as a Nurse Practitioner Resident, Registered Nurse in primary care and occupational health, and Clinical Research Nurse, with a solid foundation in molecular and cellular biology. Danielle holds an MSN from Frontier Nursing University, a BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Connecticut, a BSN from the State University of New York at Delhi, and an AAS from The City University of New York.
