Meredith Campbell

Meredith Campbell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is currently a Family Nurse Practitioner at Community Health Center since September 2023, following a residency as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at Yale Health from September 2021 to August 2023 and working as a Head Clinical Care Technician and Clinical Care Technician in Cardiology at Tufts Medical Center from November 2017 to August 2020. Meredith Campbell earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing in May 2023, a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from Bryn Mawr College in 2017, and completed Pre-College Summer Study Abroad at Brown University in 2011-2012. Educational background also includes a high school degree from Hingham High School, obtained in 2013, and further studies at Institut d'Avignon in 2016-2017.
