Mette Smith, MS, CPHQ, LSSBB, is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in practice administration and operational improvement within healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Practice Administration at Community Health Center since October 2020, Mette oversees practice operations, enhancing service delivery and patient experience across multiple health center locations. Prior roles include Director of Process Improvement and Operations at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, where Mette directed enterprise initiatives and achieved significant revenue growth. Additionally, Mette has a strong background in process improvement and management from tenures at ProHealth Physicians and DePuy Orthopaedics. Mette holds a Master’s in Management from Michigan State University and has earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
