Sarah Lappostato

Sarah Lappostato is currently serving as a Program Specialist for the PMHNP and PNP residents at Community Health Center since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at the same organization as Project Specialist, Operations Manager, and Program Manager of School Based Health Centers from July 2016 to December 2022. Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus on Urban Development and Social Change from Clark University between 2009 and 2013.
