M.D. Facp Mha Rhea Hartley

Rhea Hartley, MD FACP MHA has extensive work experience in various medical settings. Rhea most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer at Community Health Centers of Southeastern Iowa, INC. Prior to that, they worked as a Staff Physician at Planned Parenthood Great Plains, where they provided sexual and reproductive health services and primary care consultations. Rhea also played a role in shaping state and national policies related to reproductive issues. Earlier in their career, Dr. Hartley was a Staff Physician at Air Capital Emergency Physicians, where they managed a large patient caseload and implemented improvements to patient care processes. Rhea also served as the Chief Informatics Officer and Assistant ED Director at Robert J Dole VA Medical Center, where they led initiatives for quality improvement, risk management, and emergency coordination.

Rhea Hartley, MD FACP MHA completed their Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center between 1999 and 2003. Rhea later pursued a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Dr. Hartley holds certifications including Fellow, American College of Physicians from the American College of Physicians, and Informatics Diplomate from the American Board of Public Medicine.
